This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Soledad, California area.Your responsibilities in this role- Support the accounting team during the closing process to confirm deadlines are met- Drive accountability and the meeting of deliverables- Encourage to ensure a competent, trained staff through goal setting, regular assessment, and development- Backfill for Controller where necessary- Assist with the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting- Guarantee regular account reconciliation to completion- Set up various technical accounting analyses, procedures, and policies- Examine and build Ad Hoc financial reports- Enhanced preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits- Aid implementation and guarantee adherence to accounting policies and procedures- Detect and prepare process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency- Work on other requests when required- Come up with relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like key financial metrics, the monthly flash report, and actual spend against budgets/outlookPosted by Director of Recruiting Scott Moore
